The location- very close to Flamingo Land. Very spacious lodge and modern.
Kettle was full of limescale so didn’t use.
The hot tub had bits of grit in the bottom.

Lots of room, good location for Malton and the surrounding area. Lodge very clean.
No WiFi when we arrived. Had to contact the broadband company who eventually got the problem resolved. No duvet for the sofa bed, so it was a bit cold during the night with only a cotton sheet. Issues with the hot tub, which made a loud noise every 15 mins for long periods throughout the day and night. Also level of water was very low, so we couldn't use it on one of the days. Later found out (on the morning we left) that it had been leaking, so maintenance were looking at it as we were leaving. Emergency telephone number only available between 5-8pm for any issues like this.
No oven glove, had to use the tea towel provided, which was very thin.
