Lots of room, lovely homely feel, beautiful location, nice and peaceful

Amazing location for visiting Flamingo Land. Lovely quiet location, the site of the lodge is very well maintained. The lodge is well equipped, we cooked 2 meals and had all the utensils/pans etc needed. It’s bigger than we expected, plenty of room for the six of us.
The oven took an hour to heat up. We reported this to the site manager. The lodge had been cleaned but not to a high standard, dusty in places and we found a dirty oily oven tray in the oven. The cutlery tray was dirty, full of crumbs etc. One set of jets on the hot tub don’t work. I think the sofa bed could do with replacing.

Everything was brilliant. Had everything we needed. Was very comfortable, peaceful and relaxing. Hot tub was amazing perfect to relax in at the end of the day.
Only thing we didn’t like was having to leave wished we had booked a couple days longer
