A few concerns, but - overall - an enjoyable, relaxing week!
(1) Moose-Behaving is at the bottom of Bear Creek Crossing; very limited "scenic view" of Smokies.
(2) 3 TVs w/remotes synced to specific TVs; remotes were not in assigned locations/had to figure this out. Living Room remote difficult to use; should be replaced.
(3) Icemaker would cycle but no ice produced. After first day, discovered water supply to icemaker had been shut off. Worked fine once water was turned on.
OVERALL, a relaxed and enjoyable week of doing absolutely nothing productive. Have been at Eden Crest for several years and will be returning in 2018.

Moose-Behaving with Perfection
Beautiful cabin with a great location. Our family thoroughly enjoyed Moose-Behaving and the Bear Creek Crossing Resort. The cabin has all amenities you could as for and the game room is so much fun! It's beautiful and very clean. We will be back soon.

Moose Behaving Cabin
Cabin layout overall very nice. Our concerns for the care of the cabin is concerning. When we arrived we noticed a water leak in the bathroom and call and let them know via message since no answer. Then filled out a work order, with no response. Next day stopped by office and let them know of leak and airconditioner not working during the night plus hot tub not getting hot while we ran it. They sent a technician out but things still not fixed. The next day we tried to run the dishwasher but it failed to work no water just very hot heat. afraid it would cause a fire so we turned it off then the bedroom door got shut all the way and the lock was on and we were stuck in bedroom and had to remove the entire door nob to get out of the room. After looking at the door nob from the other side we could tell it was damaged in the past. Again we stopped by office to address all above issues still not fixed. They did replace light bulbs but that was not what we were concerned about. Spoke to the weekend supervisor and she would have the head manager call us Monday to make things right. We checked out Sunday. Have not heard from Head manager to address issues we had. We called Tuesday and was treated very rudely and uncaring. For the price that we paid for the cabin we should not have been hot every night, unable to enjoy hot tub, and afraid to use dishwasher so did dishes by hand.

Cabin was as described. Fully furnished and clean when arrived.Great view, close to town and a great place for families of all ages to enjoy. Overall great experience with convenient payment and check in/check out methods.

Nice location in pigeon forge.
Cabin was nice. Pool and putt putt was nice. The beds were absolutely horrible. Loud and uncomfortable. Almost impossible to get out of bed and not wake up the wife. The area was nice and quiet and easy to get to the parkway. The beds were the show stopper for us!

Great cabin!!
Everything was as shown in pictures!! We usually use a company other than Eden crest cabin rentals and I am always nervous about change but after staying with Eden crest I would and have already recommended them to a friend!! They were great from start to finish. Only suggestion is a mattress replacement. Mattress was comfortable but very noisy but that did not change my overall experience!! We will be staying with Eden crest again! Cabin was in a great location about 10 minutes from downtown pigeon forge however the cabins in this area are very close together but didn't bother us at all!!

Had a great experience overall only improvements i would recommend would be a lock for trash bin(had to cleanup trash )first morning from critters opening it up and some darker curtians for bedrooms

Great Family Getaway!
Had a great time! Cabin was beautiful and nicer than the pictures. Game room was awesome! Hot tube was good for the kids, never got “hot” enough for the adults. Hid-a-bed mattresses were not very comfy but it was a hid-a-bed. Over all we had a great family weekend and would love to come back!

Long Nights
Had a great time if it was not for the beds. We were out all day sight seeing and at night we wanted to come back to a relaxing nights sleep. I have stayed in may cabins but these beds were the worse. People have complained about them for a while now.I had seen reviews complaining about the beds from a year ago but I figured they would be replaced by now. There are to many other cabins for rent with comfortable beds. I will be marking this one off the list. Other than the beds everything else was great.

Moose-Behaving Cabin Feb2015
I emailed after our stay to the following:
We recently visited Moose Behaving lodge and on the website for that cabin it says DOG FRIENDLY but in the cabin there is a sign in the cabin that says NO PETS ALLOWED. We had our dog with us and were a little thrown off by the sign. Our dog is well behaved and we picked up outside after her but still, I wanted to pass that along b/c the sign or the website needs to be update. Other than that the cabin was great and we really enjoyed our weekend there.
One suggestion, provide sponges to do dishes as many of the dishes we took out of the cabinets were still dirty and had dried food particles on them.

Great Stay!
I enjoyed my stay. Everything was clean and in place. Very impressed with how nice everything was. The only complaint I have is with the main gate entrance. The gate wasn't working when we entered the code. So we tried calling for assistance twice, and couldn't get anyone. There should have been some sort of sign, advising us to go to the 2nd gate, that was a little ways down. Everyone don't know that there's 2 gates if you haven't been there before.

I loved the cabin but we ran out of hot water the night before we were to leave. No one could take a shower or anything. Also no cell phone service so you can't call.

I’m just going to list pros and cons. We have stayed in a lot of cabins and were overall satisfied with our stay, but wouldn’t stay in Bear Creek Crossings again due to location.
Pros: hot tub, golf supplies in cabin, cabin was very clean, great water pressure, didn’t run out of hot water, jacuzzi, sauna, indoor pool, out door pool, kitchen well stocked with necessities, king beds comfortable, large gated deck, large table on deck, grill, lots of games, and tv with direct tv in every room.
Cons: at 4:15p they were still inspecting our cabin on check in day( they would probably charge extra if I checked out late...), we were there 5 days and they didn’t pick up the garbage, no broom in cabin, location from town, hot tub has no privacy walls, pull out couches uncomfortable, wooden stairs( if you have small children they are really slick and there is no gate), and both bathrooms are in the bedrooms.

Exactly what we needed
My family and I wanted a family vacation in which we could spend some quality time with each other. I couldn't be more happy with the cabin we rented. It was just as it was pictured in the website. It was clean, had wonderful amenities and had an amazing view. We had a great time. It's only been a few weeks and my boys are already asking when will we be going back.

BEST RELAXING TIME WITH FAMILY
MY SISTER AND I ALONG WITH OUT HUSBANDS AND MY NEPHEW ( I CALL HIM MY SON TOO:)) HAD A VERY GOOD TIME IN THE MOOSE BEHAVING CABIN. LOVE THE CABIN AND ALL THAT IT OFFERED. WE MADE SOME SPECIAL MEMORIES AND WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN SOMEDAY. BOTH OF THE PULL OUT SOFAS NEED A BETTER MATTRESS. THE ONE IN THE LOFT IS NOT USEABLE. BUT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS WONDERFUL.

Our November Stay in Moose-Behaving
Never received an entry code into the cabin. Made it extremely difficult to obtain due to the poor reception, and a long wait with the operator. Especially while waiting in the cooler weather with a baby and children who wanted nothing to do with the car any longer. I noticed our socks were very dirty after walking in cabin, and there were cobwebs above the cabinets in the kitchen, along with green marks on the floor near the refrigerator (maybe crayon from a past guest). The hot tub did not get "hot", just lukewarm. Along with our entry code into the cabin stopped working into our second day there, this prevented us from properly performing the tasks asked upon leave. I am not sure if I will stay again, especially for the price we paid. The location was great to everything though. Maybe add more blankets to use.

Moose behaving worth the trip
Only two things I would like fixed or replaced before scheduling a return stay... The hot tub leaked water to below decks and never warmed above 87 degrees despite effort by maintenance. Secondly, I would need confirmation the mattresses and box springs in both bedrooms have been replaced. Saggy beds make a good night's sleep difficult. Otherwise, the cabin was clean and well appointed. Construction noise from surrounding cabins over the Memorial weekend bothersome and unpleasant. I recommend prospective quests ask about this too.

Family Vacation
Our overall experience was great loved the cabin it was clean and well kept the games all worked which was a big plus the pool was beautiful and clean loved the hot tub a good way for the adults to relax after a day with the kids if I had to complain about anything we did alot of cooking at the cabin and had to buy pans to cook in because the ones at the cabin could not be used but that was the only complaint I guess not alot of people cook at the cabin but we were there a week and really wanted to stay and enjoy the cabin and pool and just be together I know it's not a major complaint but it was an extra expense so overall our vacation was great would recommend to friends and family.

Moose-behaving
Our rental experience was a B-. The unit was mostly clean although we found some dirty socks in the couch cushions. Also, there is black mold growing behind the toilet in the master bathroom. There was no propane in the tank to use with the gas grill which we found out after we bought and prepared food to grill. Most frustrating was when we had to leave the pool with no notice on Saturday afternoon because of a wedding occurring on the lawn. Getting kids ready and getting down to the pool is no small feat. Please let guests know with plenty of notice of these events which are planned far in advance. On a positive note, the furniture was great, the game room upstairs was awesome!

Restful weekend
Our stay at "moose behaving" cabin was relaxing and pleasant throughout. The amenities added to the pleasant atmosphere and the cabin itself is set up well for family vacations. We are long time visitors to the Smoky Mountains, and have used Eden Crest for our last several rentals. We'll be doing so again in the future.

Moose Behaving in Pigeon Forge
Our stay at Moose Behaving was very relaxing and nice. We enjoyed being so close to the pool so my son cold just run down on his own without me having to drive him. The cabin was very clean, beautifully decorated and had extras like the sauna on the deck and lots of games in the loft. Great place to stay with kids, very quiet and perfect time of the year to enjoy the beautiful views. Thank you for a memorable always! We LOVE Bear Creek Crossing and have stayed here for years! Just a quick ride away from the "strip" and so many attractions. Close to the grocery as well.

Overall it was very relaxing. The cabin had everything we needed. The one down grade would be the beds. Both were very uncomfortable. Think it's time to replace the mattresses. Great location to everything we ventured out to do. Would recommend this location to anyone visiting the area.

family get away
over all our trip was wonderful, the only issue we had was that on our first night in the cabin we had no hot water. The maintenance department was already closed and we had to call back in the morning. We were not able to get any one out to fix the problem until around 10:00am which put us getting out for the day much later than we had wanted however once the issue was fixed our stay was great.

Wonderful Escape!!
Really nice cabin, everything was wonderful. Only complaint would be the bathroom is a little small and when the kids are upstairs, it can be loud. But that would not stop me from staying there again. I loved the cabin and loved the location.
