Fabulous location, everything you needed in a self catering apartment.

really lovely apartment, very comfortable. stayed here while working in Perth and it was perfect!

Central location lovely apartment

Location was perfect. Flat was spotless clean. Owners where great and at the end of a phone as soon as you needed them.

Only thing was the couches in the livingroom where very uncomfortable,not ideal when your away to get the feet up an chill.

Lovley space with a homley feel. Clean and tidy with all you need to cook. Highly reccommed

The bed was very comfy

The location was perfect and outside terrace perfect even though we didn't get the chance to use it because of the weather. Good size rooms. Modern and bright open plan kitchen/living room.

The shower head too big for the size of shower even though there was a hand held part but not ideal with the shower being small. Most apartments we stay at now have a pint of milk in fridge but wasn't a problem popping to shop in morning for one.

Fantastic flat with everything we needed. Close to town but really quiet at night. Fantastic facilities and the outside seating was a great bonus.

A very nice and well equipped 2 storey accommodation in Perth City centre ...Loved it . Just wish weather had been better to use that lovely roof top balcony and decking area 😁

Nothing not to like

Very quiet apartment but not far from centre of town, Lovely to have a balcony overlooking an old cemetery so no noisy neighbours but we were privileged to spot a squirrel! Close to river and large green park area. The flat has been modernised and updated tastefully and is perfect for a couple looking for a bit more than a standard hotel room but at a reasonable price. We didn't use the perfect;y adequate cooking facilities but appreciated the fridge. The bathroom was bright and had an excellent shower. The whole apartment was immaculate and prefectly clean. Communications very good.

Only the obvious - the flat is upstairs so not suitable for anyone with disability.

Everything was perfect..extremely clean . everything either new or almost.Position good.Coffee e biscuits.

We loved the roof terrace and the two-floor layout. the facilities are great and the location is ideal.

Apartment size and condition, nice kitchen size and available tools. Heating worked great.

No table to eat! There's plenty of space there to have one so I don't understand why there isn't one. Kitchen bar's table is not nearly as comfortable as a table would be. Bed is small for a couple, and it wasn't very comfortable.

This property is ideally situated, quiet, very clean and furnished to provide a high level of comfort. Everything that you might need from a tea spoon to a hairdryer to a vacuum cleaner is available and exactly where you would expect to find it. There is ample low cost parking within a 2 minute walk (South Inch Car Park) and you are only a 3 minute walk to the main shopping area and restaurants. If you like the comfort of having your own apartment but don't like to cook there is a filled roll/hot take away shop on the corner just exit the main entrance door look to your left and its a few steps away ....a must have is the breakfast roll. The apartment has every comfort and a BONUS of a balcony....it overlooks the ancient burial ground of Greyfriars....its a very peaceful place to enjoy a coffee and birdsong in the morning. For me this was a perfect apartment and I would visit again

The balcony was a great asset and I sat out there quite a bit even though it was cold outside. Very peaceful area and private too. smart TV, Wifi and everything you need… the sofa wasn’t big enough to have two people on it and be comfortable and tele was a little small but I for the sake of a weekend break it was fine. inside was great just a bit cold and radiators were hot and cold which was a pain but nothing bad. very clean and tidy, owners are brilliant! area is perfect

The apartment was located less than 5 minutes from a local car park. Extremely clean. Christmas tree up in living area. Perfectly located for all shops and restaurants. Photos don't do apartment justice.

Excellent apartment, great location

Kitchen equipment was poor if you intend to cook

Location was brilliant we liked being near the centre of the city. The layout of the apartment was good. We liked the outside space so could sit out and enjoy a coffee. The bedroom was also very comfortable.

The only thing we found uncomfortable was the setee when sat watching TV. But overall no complaints.

This little apartment was perfect. Clean, comfy, newly and beautifully decorated with everything we needed. It is within 5 mins walk to centre of Perth and there is low cost parking only 2 mins away. The roof terrace was a bonus and we actually had some warm, dry weather to make use of it!! We visited Lindores Abbey Distillery while we were there, which is only a half hours drive away, and I would highly recommend it to any whisky enthusiasts.

Amazing value, loved the balcony which catches the sun in the morning and the location was perfect. It felt spacious and comfortable. I settled in really quickly. Would definitely be my top choice if staying in Perth again.
