Hotel had amazing and sophisticated ambiance. Right from the entrance you can tell you're staying in luxury, and the staff are attentive and extremely helpful. Likely the best service I've ever seen from hotel staff. The butler Leon took care of every need and question we had, and was easy to contact and responded surprisingly quickly. The bedding was very comfortable, the air conditioning units were quiet, and the bathroom was spacious, modern, and clean. The bathroom products were a surprisingly high quality brand. Very, very satisfied with my stay, would recommend to anyone.
Location was marginally further from downtown than would have been ideal, but the hotel is situated in a very clean, modern, and family friendly feeling location with convenient access to nearby malls. Hotel quality is well worth the extra couple of minutes.
