The staff was exceptional. Everyone was extremely polite and helpful. Maddie, the manager and James from the concierge helped us with trip planning, purchasing venue tickets and even help us pick up the lost luggage from the airport! The hotel is built on the site of an old steel mill and the location is great with restaurants and supermarkets next door. Rooms are clean, modern and sizable. We highly recommend Hyatt Centric if you plan to visit Chengdu.
