Great staff, excellent breakfast and a solid location. I would stay here again. The roof garden area is a real bonus.
The lobby does not offer much - and worse, one of the guests was lying on the sofa with his shoes and shirt off. The hotel should not allow this. It lowers the standards and the value of the property.

We had a decent-sized room. Hotel and room were beautiful, everything was clean and new. Bed was very comfortable, we had a work desk and chair which is very important for me. Also they have great breakfast: plenty of food, eggs in several styles, tuna salad and smoked salmon, cheeses, fruits etc etc, so you can get filled for the whole day in the morning (as I like to do). However, note that there's no meat during breakfast since they are a kosher establishment and apparently it's forbidden. There's a microwave in the hotel, which allows to order food, store it in the fridge in the room and warm it up before eating. There's a fruit shop in walking distance. Light rail stop is close.
We had a lot of quite loud noise from the street at very early times, like 6-7:30 AM, one time 4-5 AM - even though our room faced a side street, not the big street. Noise is very loud, a few dB less than a vaccum cleaner, it lasts for 15-20 minutes, then a period of quiet, then noise starts again. I think it's some car doing some cleaning or something. Can wake up anyone. I tried using ear plugs AND ear muffs (!) and the noise still woke me up and it was impossible to sleep after it starts. We stayed for 4 nights and it happens every day, unfortunately not a one-time thing. I know it's not the hotel's fault, it's the location, but it's still important to know this. The location is not very good also because it's not in the center of Tel Aviv (took us 30+ minutes when using public transporation to get to the center). Other th The floors of the room are cold, it would be good to have slippers but none were provided. Air conditioner doesn't have a remote, so you cannot turn it on or off while from the bed, need to get up. There's a hole in shower door and water from the shower gets out. Microwave won't work during Shabbat (7 PM Friday - 7 PM Saturday).
