The rooms, facilities, and breakfast were all absolutely fantastic. The hotel is in a perfect location right by the sea, offering amazing views of the beach and the Tel Aviv skyline.
There was a billing error at checkout where we were mistakenly charged twice, which took some time to sort out. However, the management team was very nice in the end and went out of their way to make things right. We really appreciated their final efforts to resolve the issue and ensure we were happy.

Location, breakfast, seeview from terrace and swimingpool
Dirty equipment on tha table, etc. spoon, knife, glassess. The personal didnt understand exactly what we try to say in english. Some of the staff was slept on breakfast in the area. We came from outside around the reception and nobody told us at least “hello”.
