The hotel is in a great location, very close to the beach and plenty of shops. The staff were excellent, and very friendly. The service they provide was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and clean too.
When we stayed the rooftop area was closed one evening for a private corporate function, which meant guests were unable to use the bar area (which is one of the hotel's nicer features). I can understand why the hotel might want to rent this space, but I was surprised to find guests were excluded from using it completely while they did so.

Location, security, staff in restaurants
The security was good but in excess
They check every time my granddaughter 10 years old and daughter in law the same day making difficult for them to visit
We had to go down. It was annoying

The hotel and the reception staff were very nice. The hotel is new, clean and very well located in Miraflores with very comfortable beds. Rooms are very spacious.
The downside was the noise - we were staying on the 14th floor and the music from the rooftop bar was very loud and made it difficult to sleep - I would suggest that you ask for a quiet room if you are sensitive to sound as there were loud parties running late and we struggled to sleep through that. Unfortunately I left something behind in my room - whoever cleaned up the room decided to keep it rather than return to lost property.
