The staff were brilliant and the location was great in the heart of Miraflores. The reception and bar area was stunning, we have stayed at a few ibis in Europe and this 100% tops them. The room also had a smart tv with Disney plus, Netflix and YouTube which was much appreciated.

Felt very professional, nice lobby, secure and helpful staff, felt clean and safe. Great location!
It was very basic bare bones feeling- not many towels, or pillows and took a very long time to check in- not because of a line but a very formal process.

Excellent location
Booked a room that was advertised as a double and single bed and when I arrived found out that the single bed was only suitable for a small child and they had no other rooms available with two beds
No kettle, fridge or cups in the room. One towel each, no hand towels etc
