The rooms are very spacious, and my king-size bed was honestly the most comfortable I've ever slept in. I also loved the lounge chair by the window, which was perfect for resting and enjoying the amazing views. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and they even check in with you via WhatsApp to make sure everything is going well with your stay. The location in Miraflores is great, with easy walks to Larcomar, the open-air shopping centre built into the cliffs, and the seaside promenade. The rooftop is one of the best in town and a great place to watch the sunset. Breakfast was really good: everything was fresh, and the gluten-free bread and pastries were delicious.
The only things that could be improved: the spa area is quite small, and it would be great if the café downstairs offered matcha for matcha drinkers. The spa does have a Finnish sauna and offers massages, and the massage I booked was really good. Other than these small points, I loved everything about my stay.
