El apto., aunque solo tiene un dormitorio, es muy amplio, luminoso, limpio y bastante nuevo. Está bien comunicado con el centro por transporte público.
Es un tercer piso sin ascensor. No tiene aire acondicionado, y en verano con casi 40º el calor es insoportable. Como hay que dormir con las ventanas abiertas, tienes ruido del restaurante del patio hasta bien entrada la madrugada. El salón/dormitorio tiene dos claraboyas sin estor por las que a las 6 de la mañana ya entra plena luz (la del dormitorio si tiene estor, ¿por qué no las del salón que ejerce de dormitorio?) No tiene microondas (pero sí un superfluo horno tradicional) ni cafetera. La cocina no tiene nada de consumibles básicos (ni aceite, ni vinagre, ni sal, ni pimienta... ni una simple botella de agua en la nevera para cuando aterrizas sediento en verano).
En el baño el soporte de las toallas (que son de bajísima calidad, incluso algunas rotas) ¡está oxidado! De las cuatro perchas de la puerta dos estaban rotas. Todo esto me parece inaceptable dado el alto precio de más de 200€ por noche para tres personas.

Ubytovanie má vynikajúcu lokalitu, na skok od centra. V okolí je veľmi dobrá občianska vybavenosť. Ubytovanie bolo naozaj čisté a veľmi dobre zariadené a veľkou prednosťou bolo ticho vo vnútrobloku, ktoré tam bolo :) Veľmi pohodlná posteľ! Nemáme čo vytknúť :)

The location
When we entered the apartment: a terrible mess: dirty bed -linnen, empty beer bottles, garbage etc.etc.
We informed Josty Brauerei Apartments. By mail and by phone.
At 17 hrs, 2 hours after our arrival, we could finally enter our apartment. Two cleaning man were busy for over 50 minutes! To give you an impression of the situation.
Not a good start of our holiday.
Some guy Klaus mailed us, if everything was okay. We explained the situation again, and that we weren't that pleased. He never responded.
The apartment was okay. But never ever we want to hire something from Josty Brauerei Apartments.
Never an apology, never an excuse.
I mean, 175 euro's a night and then starting like this?
