Very nice bathroom! The AC was also incredible! Room stayed at a perfect temp

Good location, lots of free parking. Room small but adequate. The breakfast buffet was also adequate
At check in we were given a roomm that was already occupied. When we entered it was fortunate that the other guest was not in the room. When we returned to reception the check in person was disinterested and dismissive of the issue.
In the bathroom we discovered feces in the floor.
In our second day when we returned to our room the room key would not function. We advised reception and it required 30 mins for the issue to be rectified. Again the problem was treated with no urgency.
