It has its own washing machine, calm location and not a crowded area. Few steps away from convenient store.

Hotel room was big enough and clean. All required equipment provided. We didn't use kitchen stuff but washing machine was good and easy to use including dryer function. Room was very clean and staffs were very helpful.
It is not close to Kyoto station around 15 min walk. Especially in summer time it is hard to reach under sun. And also there is no possible public transport to reach to station.
There was a sound in the room which coming upon water usage on upper floor.
Toilet was a little bit small but get used to somehow.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, they let us leave our luggage the day before our stay and had it already in our room for us when we arrived. They helped us forward our luggage to Tokyo and were all around very kind. The room was very spacious and had a washing machine which we desperately needed and our toddler enjoyed cleaning with the vacuum provided in the room.
Not very close to a public train stop, lots of buses but with a stroller this is a hassle, the room again had no view right next to a building again. Too bad we only stayed here one night as it was way better than our other hotel in Kyoto.

Reasonably close to Kyoto Station, we chose it mainly because the unit came with a washing machine. All in all good value.
