Friendly and helpful staff. The location is great as it's close to Kyoto station (10mins walk), restaurants, convenient stores and shopping. Room facilities were good (especially the microwave, mini oven and washing machine). Liked the luggage delivery service to our next destination.
Some parts of the room were dusty. Pillows were too soft (personal preference). Small space. Minimal cleaning service.

We only needed a simple 1 night stay but this place was great for this and more - a big room and although toilet and bathroom is mall and compact the rest of the room is huge and the washing machine/dryer was great. Staff lovely - a bit of a 'help yourself' kind of hotel but works and would stay again

It's a good apart-hotel. I would say one of the very few with a tonne of amenities inside the room, from laundry to kitchen. It also is quite spacious and can accommodate 3 to 5 people easily, but I believe they don't allow more than 4, but it can be checked with the hotel.
What I did not like is the fact it's advertised as Kyoto Station, but it's probably around 1 mile away from Kyoto Station. They have another branch of the hotel which functions, but it is not fully clear while booking it on this website, which is Booking.com. So the team needs to do a better job at that.

The Customer service was amazing! The room was very clean! The price was great as well!
I didn't really have any issues. The TV was very limited would be it.
