The apartment was spacious with two bedrooms and two baths, two walk in closets and a nice sized kitchen. The AC worked great and it was hot so that was nice. The pool and workout facilities looked very nice although we were too busy and our stay too short to use them. It took us a while to get used to navigating the property and its various levels but once we did it was not a problem. Patrick our host was very nice and assisted us with checking in.
The bedding had a strong detergent smell that was not pleasant, there was no coffee or tea provided and kitchen utensils were of a fairly low quality. Room was quite loud and close to the street, homeless junk and trash were visibile from the balcony and pedestrians walking by on the Hill Street sidewalk are literally ten feet from the balcony, so a higher level room would have been nicer. The finished concrete floors are okay, but the rug in the living room under the coffee table is horribly worn and shabby, the couch also has some obvious wear and stains, but was still comfortable.
