Location was close to the convention center. The vibe was nice. Coffee shop was cute. Floor 9 was useful. The view from my room was pretty.
Some of the staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested but some of them were really helpful! Also, the lobby often smelled like the bathroom.

Location was perfect to attend Kcon at the Crypto Arena. Also Juan from the staff was absolutely lovely and welcoming at check-in and helpful throughout the stay.
They locked me out of my room because of an issue with my card (room was fully paid - over 2k USD), it was just the deposit for the incidentals). Staff at reception was incredibly unhelpful, forced me to pay again despite me showing them the transaction. In the end it was an error in their system and I barely received an apology!!! Awful awful way to manage a customer, completely unorthodox and absurd as at some point I was told to wait downstairs because they didn't even know if their finance team was in the office but I could not access my room at all?! This is after a long day, needing a shower and to go out again for a concert, which made me late!!! As a side note, no coffee maker or kettle in the room was not ideal and even worse that coffee was only available at an onsite cafe that closed at lunch time. So after that no way to get a coffee at the hotel, which is wild.
