The apartment was extremely clean, the rooms were big and it had everything needed, including easy access free parking. There was a supermarket on the ground floor as well as a Starbucks and Chipotle. Would definitely stay again

The property was clean and close to downtown.
Didn’t dislike anything, but it’s not a hotel, the staff are available via WhatsApp, so you can request any support.

Location. Big open living room. Ice maker in refrigerator. We had an issue with the AC. David verified, called for service and it was quickly fixed. Instructions for turning in the keys was very clear. Nice to have a full grocery store right next door. Pool area and game room very clean.
Upper bunk didn't have a full length mattress.

I stayed at this property for two nights and unfortunately, my experience was not great. At first, the place looked nice. There is a grocery store in the basement, and the property manager seemed friendly when we arrived. He personally showed us the parking area and walked us to the apartment, which gave a good first impression.
Before check-in, the manager informed me that a $295 security deposit would be deducted and refunded at checkout (this was also mentioned on Booking.com). However, many aspects of the stay turned out to be disappointing.
The best (and honestly the only good) part was the view of the Hollywood sign from the balcony.
Parking:
The parking was confusing and extremely compact. We were given a corner parking spot that was difficult to get in and out of. It didn’t feel convenient.
Cleanliness & Hygiene:
This was the biggest issue. The apartment looked okay at first glance, but it was very unhygienic. There were hair strands all over the bathroom, especially near the sink and in the shower area, which made me very uncomfortable. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. The toilet seat was broken in one of the bathrooms.
The towels had a strong bleach smell, which was unpleasant. The beds were uncomfortable, and the linens were very thin — more like sheets than actual blankets. Overall, the apartment did not feel clean or well-maintained.
Air Conditioning:
The AC worked in the living room but barely cooled the bedrooms. The temperature difference was strange and made sleeping uncomfortable.
Security Deposit Refund:
This part was very unprofessional. I was told the $295 deposit would be refunded on the same day as checkout, but I didn’t receive anything. After two days, I had to message the manager myself, and he then told me it would take 1–2 more days. I eventually received the refund after 5–6 days.
I also contacted Booking.com, and they confirmed that refunds should usually be processed on the same day. This delay made me feel very uneasy and was completely avoidable.
Overall, the property has potential, but the lack of cleanliness,uncomfortable bedding, poor AC in the bedrooms, and delayed refund made my stay quite stressful. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously because the location was good but the experience and hygiene needs significant improvement.
