Villa Allison is a tastefully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the 1st level with no stairs can sleep up to 6 comfortably. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony or meander just a few steps to the heated pool, hot tub and BBQ Grills. A gym is just around the corner in the complex as well. Each bedroom offers a King bed and a smart TV with cable. The great room offers a fully stocked kitchen, dining table, Queen pull out sofa and Smart TV with Cable and sound-bar.
1 reserved covered parking spot and other guest parking available. The condo is close to 2 grocery stores (AJ's & Safeway), Starbucks, many restaurants and more... Easy access to Loop 101 Highway, West-World, Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, TPC Scottsdale & McDowell Mountain Golf; as well as great hiking trails!
21 day minimum rental. You will get the lowest nightly rate by staying 30+ nights.

***1 dog allowed with prior management approval only. No cats. A "Pet Fee" will be added to your booking when reserving online. Pet Fees are non-refundable and are not to cover any damages, extra cleaning or picking up your dogs poop.

My condo at The Allison complex was the perfect setting for a sunny, relaxing respite from the cold of the East. The unit furnishings were superb; the complex staff was outstanding; the residents were friendly; the pools were clean and inviting.

Had a great experience with this unit. Clean, spacious, well equipped and very close to the swimming pool. Very safe area. Felt very comfortable going for an evening walk (in the dark). Great location and would definitely come back!
