We travel with our service dog and the room was exceptional, exceeded our expectation, our first request was not possible. So we had a different room upstairs,outstanding service. We will be back.

Loved that it was across from the college. The flowers were beautiful. It was clean and we loved the lemon water.
We were there 6 nights the breakfast for a bit monotonous. A little variety would have been nice. But loved how the staff cleaned the tables between guests coming and going.

Cheap
Poor management. I called the day before our stay to ask for an early check in. I was told to call back at 10am the following day for a 1pm check in. I called at 10am and was told 2pm was the earliest we could check in. I had a shower to attend and needed a place to get ready. They offered me the bathroom at the pool. The floor was wet and it was very humid in there.
The parking lot had 5 cars in it. I can’t believe all the rooms were rented the night before and they couldn’t accommodate my request. Just a manager not willing to help a customer out. Thankfully I won’t be in this area ever again, but I will also not be staying at any of your other locations.
The doors at the patio were very difficult to open and you could not enter at the pool door.
The bed was uncomfortable.
Eggs and sausages were undercooked at breakfast bar.
