Beautiful rooms, cocooning.
The staff is very nice and accommodating, they helped me a lot after I made some booking issues and they have been very dedicated.
The pool area is very nice, with high trees around.
They also have a shared living room and multiple terrasses.
There are few parking spots.
The restaurant is very nice, I had dinner there.
Everything was great. I only have a small recommendation: the body wash provided could be better :)

Great location for hiking right on-site. A super delicious restaurant Tajinaste Del Refugio next door—the best duck I’ve ever had. Check-in was hassle-free using the code, making it very easy to handle. There’s a vending machine near the pool where you can buy drinks (sodas, alcohol, etc.) with a card.
There is a pool, but it wasn't cleaned. The staff was never really around, which made check-out a bit of a hassle—but you can simply leave the key at the restaurant (see above).
