Walking distance to Front Streets many shopping and dining experiences. Updated stainless steel appliances in a fully equipped kitchen. Remodel included new tiled entry, carpet, paint, crown molding, new doors with a tiled walk-in shower. Affordable priced for 2 occupants with a comfy queen size bed with central A/C. Two guests maximum please. In-room Wi-Fi internet access is included. This property charges on-site parking $15.00 plus tax daily. and $.75/phone call. Views of the beautiful West Maui Mountains.

This was a nice room: clean, good size, full kitchen, big bathroom, great views. Parking was super close, staff friendly. My only issue was that the Property Manager did not provide beach towels for guest use... Per management instructions you have to actually call ahead to request towels for your room AND you have to pay for them...quite ridiculous for a beach resort on a tropical island. The towels were not in our room when we arrived and we emailed management on the first day. We received a response quickly that towels would be delivered same day. We never received the towels and after following up again, the next day we still didn't have towels and the day after that nothing, and we had to checkout. We had an entire stay there with no beach towels. And after contacting property management after the trip to receive a refund, I received no response. It should not require this much effort to get beach towels...if there is a concern that people will steal them, just charge extra if they are not left in the room, it's a very simple fix.

When we arrived and checked in at 4 pm, we were given our key. The room was not finished with cleaning. No sheets or towels and bathroom was not cleaned. After a couple of phone calls, I got hold of the cleaning company they said they were on the way. 2 hours later, they showed up at the condo bldg. They had at least 5 units to finish. I understand being busy, but if they had been upfront with us, we would have gone to dinner or the beach and gotten groceries, and not lost 3 hours of our time in Maui. The battery on the door died and if my husband had not been inside, we would have been locked out for the night, as maintenance was not available until morning. The air conditioner quite the last night.

This was our first trip to Maui. My husband and I had a great time. We didn't rent a car but could walk to town, and the harbor. The concierge was very helpful in arranging tickets to the Feast at Lele which was next door, and we were able to arrange a Road to Hana tour.
