Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Die Lage in La Fortuna ist sehr gut. Im angeschlossenen Restaurant, welches auf der anderen Straßenseite liegt, kann man sehr gut Essen (10% Ermäßigung). Dort gibt es auch das Frühstück, mit dem man gut in den Tag starten kann. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt mit einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Family friendly.

Centrally located. Casual and friendly staff. A lot of restaurants around. The hotel staff helps with tour reservation. Tour companies are nearby.

Worth staying there!

Location is perfect, right in the center of town. Breakfast was delicious!!! Staff were very nice and kind and you could ask them anything and they tried to help. Coffee maker in the room and AC worked great. Room is also very spacious.

The bathroom was a little small, but this was the case for most hotels in Costa Rica. Other than that, it was really great!

very rude young girls in front office. chatting with friends on 2 different days. Very, very noises from trucks and motorcycles.

Convenient and clean

Breakfast is so delicious. The hotel is located in an optimal location near great restaurants and the beautiful local park. The check in front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was super clean.

During breakfast hours, the waiters were curt and slow during. Important to keep in mind if you have to eat before an early morning excursion. The room could use a hook to hang up your towel as well as a full length mirror.

Perfect location & comfy stay!

Super location right in the middle of town, great breakfast included, the beds were really comfy and staff were really helpful

Shower wasn’t overly warm but it’s kind of nice after a day out in the humidity!

Disappointing

The room was clean, comfortable and air conditioned.

On a busy street so very noisy. It was too chilly with the AC. Needed a blanket. And no pool. It was advertised as having a pool. I was overall pretty disappointed.

Prime location, works for basic needs

Very centrally located in downtown, walking distance to restaurants, shops, park. AC and wifi worked well.

Bathroom and room are both small, shower barely gets warm, the smart TV was extremely difficult to use to sign into Netflix and in the end, was not able to. Would have been nice to have a fridge and hangers or some way to dry wet clothes.

really bad room layout. no where to out your things or hang wet clothes. need more hooks! way to basic to be comfortable. why is the plug no one where near the bed. No hairdryer either

Woukd highly recommend! It’s a surprising gem of a hotel.

Modern, clean, rooms with hot water - beautiful courtyard setting. centrally located. It was a real surprise from the outside to enter a little hidden oasis. David was incredibly helpful in reception as were the laundry girls. Highly recommend and the value for money was incredible. one of the best places we stayed in CR.

Minor issue but- There were no windows in the room - the AC worked brilliantly but it just felt a little dark during the day and stuffy at times.

Clean, comfortable but wifi not good

The accommodation was clean, comfirtable and close to everything.

The electricity turned off several times a day. Internet was not good on the second floor and the speed was slow.

Very nice place

Really nice people and they were very helpful to all our questions. The breakfast is at the restaurant at the other side of the road and was also very good. Really nice place overall!

The waffles at the breakfast is not recommended by us but thats the only negative thing to say!

The location was great. Right in the middle of town. I don’t usually eat breakfast so I don’t know if it was good. The young lady at the reception desk was quite pleasant and helpful.

The jalousie window in the bathroom was in a state of minor disrepair and would not fully close. This made the room a bit noisier from the street traffic but with the bathroom door closed it was not too bad.

Location is good but not ideal for a good night’s sleep

The restaurant for breakfast was fantastic. the location was a short walk away from transportation which was useful.

The noise from the street was terrible. The downside of being so close to everything is that the noise is very easily audible. The motorbikes going past the property for extremely loud revving their engines constantly and so much so vibrated the bed. the restaurant across the street started blasting extremely loud music at 10pm on Friday night just as I was going to sleep. police sirens at 5am and motorbike rev engines al through the night. I was woken up several times per night I asked to change to a room at the back of the hotel away from the noise but not much difference I was still woken up multiple times during the night. unfortunately the hotel will need to get double glazing due to their proximity to the street.
