Great location. Japanese breakfast. Free odon soup at night.great staff. Authentic atmosphere. No view from windows.but the room is couzy with amazing bathroom and toilets. Great staff. Lots of free goodies

the location was great, just a 9 minutes walk from the station and a 5 min walk to the market.
The staff were also so friendly and helpful.
The food was superb.
All in all a 10 out of 10 from med a beautiful stay in a gorgeous hotel

Very clean rooms with a beautiful bathroom and a great bathtub, comfortable beds, and lovely decor throughout the hotel. Complimentary bath salts are available at reception every day, as well as free udon noodle soup every evening. Even the hotel’s smoking area is beautifully designed. The location is perfect: Omicho Market is just one intersection away, and Kanazawa Station is only about a 10-minute walk, making it easy to travel by train, bus, or Shinkansen. The staff are very friendly, and the wonderful manager in particular makes you feel truly welcome and is always a pleasure to talk to. We would happily stay here again!

Nothing , it was not to my expectation , there was no proper reception area , felt like a train station with constant traffic
Room small , no sitting area
No value for money
The suite which we book initially was a real shocker , claustrophobic. We changed rooms immediately
