I’d probably try a different hotel next time.

Location is next to the train station.

It seemed a little dated for a four star hotel. Chairs in the lobby were worn, etc.

Nice hotel + convenience

Convenient - right next to the station for the Shinkansen and close to the meeting point for some bus tours to Shirakawago. A longer but easy walk to the markets, Castle and Kenrokuen.

Nothing to dislike and I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Kanazawa.

There's everything to like!

This hotel is in a great location - a 2 minute walk from the station, local buses and taxis. The air-condioning worked really well, as did the wi-fi. The bed was very comfortable. The variety of dishes available at breakfast was excellent.

I'm struggling to think of anything that I didn't like about this hotel. I'd certainly recommend it to friends and family. I'd also go back there myself!

Direkt am Bahnhof, tolle Lage

Wir haben kurzfristig eine Übernachtung gebucht und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang haben sich viel Mühe gegeben, um uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. So haben wir z.B. ohne Nachfrage Upgrades auf die Zimmer erhalten (größere Zimmer). Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig und es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Es ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen; dies hat jedoch einen gewissen Charme.

Exclente escolha em Kanazawa!

Exclente hotel! Bem localizado, ao lado da estação de trem, perto do mercado de peixe e outros locais (a cidade é pequena). Quarto amplo, limpo e confortável. Café da manhã excelente, sortido, saboroso. Equipe eficiente e atenciosa.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and enjoyed the easy access to shopping and good food.

Very good location. Connected to train station. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. The room is abit old but spacious. There is a connecting door for our two rooms and that made it easier for us as a family. Staff is very helpful and helped to book dinner for us for two nights. They were polite and very willing to help. Overall a very pleasant stay.

No gym and no onsen.

昔ながらのスマートなシティホテル

色々速やかに対応してくださり、さすが一流のシティホテルだなと感じました。

やはり、全体に古く昔ながらの…という感じでした…広いロビーも何だか殺風景で。部屋からの眺めも残念でした。

駅前という利便性で、窓のない件を除けば良かった。

フロントなどの対応が、丁寧で良い。

第一印象は駅前で、その割に狭くなくて良いと思ったが、カーテンが閉めてあり、その奥が窓ではないのに、ショックを受けた。部屋にはどこにも窓がなかった。

A luxurious hotel mainly oriented to weddings and functions

Excellent breakfast and comfortable rooms

This appears to be mainly a wedding and convention hotel. No lounge that we could find apart from the breakfast room on the ground gloor

Excellent stay!

The staff were amazing, so friendly and accommodating in every way. Location was also so very handy for catching trains or buses, also the food for breakkie had so many choices! We had a room with a very amazing view too, very comfortable stay, I wish we had longer to stay here.

I enjoyed staying here and the location and staff were friendly. right across the road from Kanazawa station and nearby to many restaurants and convenience store

bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, still more than adequate but compared to other places I’ve stayed while here. rooftop bar closed, room service closed - seems they still have alot of things unavailable due to covid restrictions

Great Stay

We were really happy with our stay at ANA Crowne Plaza Kanazawa. Access to the railway station, underground and the Kanazawa loop buses from the hotel via a covered walkway is easy. Staff were very helpful, many spoke some English. Our room on the 15th floor had a great view. Beds really comfortable, two pillows on each bed plus an extra in the wardrobe. Lovely cotton sheets and a feather duvet. Nice bathroom including a bath and shower.

The bedding was a little warm for the temperature in the room. Even though we reduced the heating temp it didn't make a great difference. We would have liked to be able to choose a lighter duvet or a blanket. That's the only slightly negative thing. We had a great experience staying at ANA Crowne Plaza. Thank you.
