Location and comfort
The location was perfect, right next to train station. Great for trains and catching taxis. Very comfortable rooms and beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fabulous. No complaints - very pleasant stay in Kanazawa.

Close to station friendly staff
Decor was tired once you left reception. Needs a relaxing central bar area. Bar on top floor was closed. Other bar area like a cafe not a bar. Lacking that central point. We went to a neighbouring hotel for the evening.
