Everything went well , great staff, one door man approached the taxi when we arrived opened the door and put his hands against the door so I won’t accidentally hit my head while getting out. What a kind person and a gentleman move. luggage transfer was easy. they had easy to operate coin laundry facility as well. great location. Room size was pretty comfortable. We enjoyed kanazawa and this hotel

We loved the location of the hotel. Walkable to all the sites. The hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Very clean!
There was not anything that we did not like but we had a rainy day and would loved to have gone to the gym. No gym but it also states in the descriptions. There is no gym so I had no expectations of the gym either.
