随所にホスピタリティーを感じました。とても快適に過ごすことが出来ました。また、機会があればぜひ泊まりたいです。

非常符合预期的住宿体验

🏯地理位置超级好，窗外就是金泽城。距离进入金泽城的大手门只有2分钟的路程。步行去兼六园15分钟，步行去21世纪美术馆20分钟。而且沿途风景还不错。晚上这边很安静，有金泽老城的风韵。 🛋️我们预定了西式和和式两间房间。陈设很老派（但预定时就看中了这一点），但是非常干净。有昭和时代体面的感觉。酒店有大浴场，但是因为有纹身没办法进入，工作人员说可以在结束以后去泡汤。看看住宿的很多都是年纪比较大的日本老婆婆，她们观念都蛮传统的，可以理解这个方案。早餐很好。有一些金泽本地的特色料理，是纯日式的早餐。水果比较少。 🚍酒店有在金泽站和自己家另一个分店之间来回运营的免费接驳车。很方便。

Hotel was fine. Getting around a hassle.

Old-world feeling (lobby, furnishings), but new facilities bathroom/toilet areas.

1. Location - not that it wasn't convenient to the main tourist sites. Problem was transportation to and from the Kanazawa Station. When the loop lines were running it was great. When they were not (first departure from Kanazawa Station at 9AM, last departure at 6PM, it was a hassle. Besides 7/11, the hotel area had no restaurants nor shops nearby still opened after 6PM. So I had to go to the station for my dinners. I literally wasted hours of my three days' stay, trying to figure how to get to and from the station area. On departure day, on a hot and humid July, I literally got lost or went to the wrong bus stop. Regular buses do NOT stop at the closest loop line stop (Kenrokumotoshita? 兼六元下?) when heading to Kanazawa Station. Unaware of that, I walked to that stop, only to find no buses stopping there. Nor were people around to help me. I spent an hour, almost in circles, because of the winding streets, trying to find a bus stop. Imagine my anger, footing it while carrying luggage in the hot and humid. Why didn't I take the taxi? I wanted to, but was told none can be called (drivers don't want to be bothered due to easy pickup of passengers during rush hour?). So I walked for the hour, before finding the main street, where buses ran one after the other. I would like the hotel to put out something on which local buses to ride, bus numbers, schedule and where to get on/off, for times when the loop lines aren't running. The getting around issue basically wasted time for what otherwise should have been an enjoyable trip. 2. Junk fees. I was charged a mandatory Y1,400 fee "accommodation fee" and "onsen fee" at check-in. First time I have every been hit with this. WTF? If these are costs of doing business, why not be honest and include them as part of the total cost at the time of purchase?

We checked out early.

The location is very good. Very walkable to the castle and gardens.

The bathroom was terrible, prefabricated cube with plastic floor and everything else. Hotel was tired, old, like a grandmother’s house.

Superb hotel with beautifully designed guest rooms and excellent guest services

excellent staff & service, room amenities, room decor, availability of onsen. Firm beds, adjacent to stunning Kenrokuen Garden and Kanazawa castle, superb cherry trees in full bloom for our visit time

We had a good stay and enjoyed our family time in this hotel

-The hotel was very generous with complementary drinks and sweets. -Free shuttle bus to fish market and station -Onsen in the hotel is very enjoyable - Beautiful park next to the hotel location

-The hotel corridor was too dark -The room was a bit cold in winter and we couldn’t set the temperature higher.

Aesthetic and unique hotel with onsen near tourist sites.

Lovely aesthetics when you walk in the foyer and again in the rooms. Huge and varied breakfast buffet (great value for money). Onsen was perfect, lots of amenities and not too busy. really valued after a snowy day of sight seeing. great location near the castle and parks. Good service.

additional spa tax was more than (double) what was quoted. I found the beds hard but my travel companion didn’t.

Excellent location; next to garden and castle. Easy parking. Nice and friendly staff.

The room was nice and the bedding was good. However, the electricity was random, the light on the porch was intermittent and the room was dusty. The store has nice merchandise but you should pay attention to the signs on the walls and ignore the tickets on the items. My wife bought a dress in the shop with a sticker price circa 6100Yens but when she paid they charged her card for 11000Yes and pointed to a sign on the wall that said "11000Yens......". However, it was a nice dress.

Phenomenal experience

5 star ⭐️ experience phenomenal service, wonderful amenities bellman promptly delivered our bags; when we needed ice it was delivered quickly; we were celebrating a birthday - concierge assisted with dinner reservations (arranged a private room at a nearby restaurant and the dinner was delicious); assisted us with champagne bucket and glasses in our room; the room was comfortable with lots of storage spaces, lovely chinaware and glasses - coffee maker (similar to Nespresso), refrigerator filled with complimentary drinks (water, tea, juice and beer) everyday we received a different complimentary snack with our coffee fantastic Mikimoto amenity products We enjoyed the live piano performances in the lobby every night. We also had very nice coffee and tea in the tea room in the lobby - the hotel stain glass windows are truly magnificent the onsen bath is nice with lots of products to choose from (the tile is a little dated) also, orange juice, water and tea are available in the onsen dressing room and then yakult products and ice cream are free to enjoy outside the onsen the hotel provides so many little extras that it makes the stay super relaxing the location is excellent for walking to many of the major attractions and the hotel has a free shuttle bus to the station *we were given both a Japanese and an English newspaper every morning

Exceptional

The room was wonderfull and the breakfast marvellous. In the evening we had a very nice piano concert too. 100% recommended! The hotel was an important part of the Kanazawa experience.

Great hotel, amazing staff

Everything was so beautiful, fashionable and fancy. The location was also great; right next to the castle and gardens. A short walk to the shopping area and famous market. The hot spring was very relaxing! Just a side note: I forgot some clothing in the room, but we were already 2 hours away by car and they offered to send the clothes to my house! 本当にありがとうございました！

Exceptional

The property is really well located for the Gion district. Facilities are elegant, graceful, understated. Staff was extremely helpful and solicitous. Room was beautiful and public bath was a real treat after 7 hours of walking around all day! I only wished I’d had more time to just relax and enjoy this lovely hotel!
