Lovely apartment in a great location, but needs better maintenance

Lovely apartment in a great location(apt607)

However, our stay was let down by cleanliness issues and uncomfortable bedding. Upon arrival, the apartment had not been thoroughly cleaned—the fridge was dirty, used cleaning gloves were left on the floor, and the dishwasher was unemptied. Most concerningly, the linens in the windowless room appeared used, so we had to wash them ourselves.The beds also need an upgrade. The mattress in the room with no windows was missing a topper, making it impossible to sleep on because you could feel all the springs, and the bed in the main bedroom is quite outdated. Lastly, it was not clear from the listing that one bedroom is very small and has no windows. We emailed management directly to share this feedback privately but never received a response. The property has great potential if cleaning, bedding, and communication are improved.

Overall, we enjoyed the place due to the amenities listed above and its great location.

Great location downtown, waking distance to most tourist spots in Victoria. The place was comfortable, secure, and it was great having a kitchen, laundry, living room, second bathroom, and extra tiny bedroom. It was also great to have free parking in the building.

It was a little inconvenient to have to find street parking and go to the 7-11 to get the key from a lockbox. The mattress in the little extra room was pretty thin but my daughter was able to sleep ok. As others have mentioned, blackout curtains in the bedroom would have been nice, especially in summer. Also, the bathroom could be cleaned better (we found some hairs in the tub and floor).

Die Lage ist super, um Victoria zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich, die Betten sehr bequem. Es war praktisch, gleich einen Parkplatz zu haben.

Wir empfanden es etwas ungewöhnlich, dass das einzelne Schlafzimmer kein Fenster hat. In Endeffekt war dies aber nebensächlich.

Die Lage war hervorragend und die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es war alles da, was wir benötigt haben. Auch die Nutzung des Pools war problemlos möglich.

Es ist recht laut, da das Haus an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße liegt, aber mit Ohrenstöpseln war das kein Problem. Das Bett in dem kleinen Zimmer ist etwas durchgelegen.
