Excellent staff, friendly welcome and a great room. Very quiet area as the small town of Cambourne just being built. Literally just built, so much so that normal car, or even Tom tom, sat nav couldn't find it and I drove sideways, up and down, just a few miles away...! Luckily Google Maps knows every move we make and got me there .

Location is great for access to Cambridge and beyond. Staff were helpful and pleasant.
Couldn't get a Twin room though when I booked with Booking.com it initially stated Twin/Standard so presumed wrongly that's what we got. Staff tried to change but nothing available sadly. Also the dinner options were not great. Food pretty poor to be honest. Ordered Thai chicken curry and meat was hard, not edible. Really need to upgrade the standard if wish to encourage guests to remain in and use restaurant at night. We had to search about locally to try and find meals

Seal on bottom of shower was broken, so the bathroom filled up with water and made the floor slippy. I spoke to a staff member the next morning, but they didn’t seem too bothered or offer any sort of apology. Also woken up at 6am on a Sunday morning by people talking in the corridor wasn’t great.
Bathroom slippy and unsafe, also being woken up early.
