Great location, only 4 minutes walk from the train station.
Comfortable and spacious facilities. Great shower comfy bed.
Breakfast was good and the host Alessia was so friendly and helpful. Very welcoming and made sure our stay was memorable.
Ideal location for The Bernini Express train.

Property was clean and conveniently located close to the Tirano strain station for our Bernina Express train ride the next morning. The host was also very nice and accommodating.
Only complaint about the property is that our room was very hot (no air-conditioning) and there was no fan in the room to help stir the air at night while attempting to sleep. We cracked open a window to try to help cool off the room at night but that didn’t seem to help month. The other party who stayed in the second room also mentioned they were hot as well. In fairness, the region has been experiencing hotter than normal temperatures, but I really believe having a portable fan in the room would have been a big help cooling off the room at night and helping guests be able to sleep, as we were not able to sleep very well during our one night stay due to the room being hot.

Lovely large bright room, nice bed, exceptionally clean. Alessia is so helpful and friendly snd lives next door to the apartment. Laundry opposite.
