The room we stayed in was wonderful, very comfortable, spacious and great lighting. Bathroom facilities were spotless. Wonderful view from the view.
For me, there was too much interaction with third party site.. The constant communication is a bit irritating, many steps to check in etc. The room was very cold on arrival and took a while to warm up.
Advised on website 3pm check in however couldn't facilitate early check in as we arrived off train at 1pm and also were delayed by almost an hour receiving the electronic access code to the room.(4pm)Also could not get in contact with manager by phone call just WhatsApp.
Strict check out of 10am the next morning. As we were walking out of our room the cleaning lady was walking in. Ideal stay for quick stopover.
