Strategic location for travellers on a road trip.

It's a goog location if you are travelling through Delaware, being close to the worth visiting Air Mobility Command Museum and the road.

It's not as practical as a hotel when there's a proper reception waiting for you and a toilet IN the room. Check your booking messaging or call the place before arriving so you will have the door code ready with you and not freeze outside for a few minutes like me. It's more like an AirBnB bedroom in somebody's house so be aware of that. The blue lightning of the room was exagerated and is not confortable.

It was quiet and comfortable for a quick stay.

I arrived about 10 pm and someone else was in my room. I don't know if owner or booking.com was at fault. In about 10 minutes they removed the person and gave me the room, but then I had to wonder if it was clean or not. Seemed to be, but there wasn't time for them to change linens, etc.

Not what was expected. The description should be changed.

The room was decorated very nicely and had a coffee maker with coffee pods, sweetners, etc. The furniture was in great condition and seemed comfortable.

The booking room description, "private entrance" was false advertising. The room is in the lower level of a split ranch townhome residence.. When you enter the residence, there is a privacy screen (like you would use in a dressing room) at the top of the stairs which leads to the living room of the home, the blue room is at the bottom of the split stairs. I do not consider this to be a private entrance. It's an entrance with only a perfect screen between you and the owner. There were no lights going down the stairs and it was pitch black. I had to turn my phone flashlight on to see. The door to the blue room is very thin and flimsy, which did not feel safe. The bathroom that is listed as private is outside of the blue room at the bottom of the entrance stairs which again is shared with the main living quarters. I could hear a gentleman talking on the phone clear as a bell as I entered the residence, at the bottom of the stairs, in the bathroom, and while I was sitting on the bed in the blue room with the door closed. I was traveling alone with my 17 year old daughter, I did not feel safe or comfortable. I felt like I was sitting in the bedroom of a strangers house, not like I was in a safe and secure luxury suite.. I had another days worth of driving to reach my destination the next day and knew I wouldn't be able to sleep there. I had no choice but to leave and find a hotel to stay in, almost tripling the cost of my overnight stay.

Fun stay a little hard to find but overall nice.

I did not expect it to be a airbnb but we liked everything fun stay very different.👍 I slept like a baby I like the bistro bar table.

We could not find the AC control switch.

Great location and comfortable. Recommend for short stay in Dover.

The townhome in which this room is located is in a very quiet neighborhood. The owner has done their best to make it feel private as possible, by placing foldable partitions at the base an top of their own stairs. Making the main entrance a little more personal/private upon descending down into the basement where the room is located.

Parking close the home can be a little tricky if coming in late at night such as myself.

Overall it was fine, but I will book elsewhere next time.

Privacy was good. Full size frig and microwave, coffee maker, strange TV. Dining table, chairs, loveseat.

Anyone who has difficulty with stairs should not book here as there are many to traverse. And unfortunately I did not have the private parking, as promised, for the first few days of my stay. It was also difficult to find the first evening in a sea of look-alike townhomes. No shampoo/soap provided for shower.

Just wanted to warn others not to make the same mistake we did !

Everything! Could hear people upstairs. Filthy chairs in back that they called the smoking area. No extra toilet paper. Old food and junk in drawers and the fridge. My wife cleaned the drawers out and the fridge before putting anything in them. Everything made my wife totally uncomfortable ! Could point out so much more that was bad but not worth it ! Didn't like anything! Reserved this place while looking for hotels and or motel. THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN LISTED UNDER A MOTEL OR HOTEL!!! This was someone's house with downstairs converted into what they call a BNB. Don't like being cheated and probably won't use booking. Com in the future.

The place was good for what we needed.

It was close to the area we wanted to stay in.

The room is a great size but very cluttered. Very little space to use unless you move everything off the table and desk. No place to put anything. No place to make food or coffee.

Exceptional

I loved the privacy you have with this room. It is in a excellent location, close to the Dover Mall, close to the grocery store, Ballys Casino, Dover Speedway and so much more. By the way the host were exceptionally gracious. I highly recommend this property for the peace, quietness and safety. I will be using this property again and again, and will recommend it to all my friends and family.

There was nothing not to like.
