It was very close to food options and the college we were visiting. The space was very clean and spacious. We loved the bathroom.
We didn’t really have any negatives other than the additional costs than what it was listed at on booking.com. It wasn’t unmanageable, but it was a slight surprise.

The Quietness when you’re exhausted from traveling and need a great night of sleep. The friendly staff makes you feel like you’re at home.

Linens were creased. Not sure why?? Perhaps reused?! Bathroom was not clean even though hotel was new. Pretty disappointing. But good location if you need to be close to tennis facility
Not clean. Breakfast was very disappointing. Few options! Not well presented. Paper plates!
