amenities: pool, sauna, Hamam, gym, restaurant on roof, and the delicious free breakfast. staff was great too. hotel was modern and new, was very comfortable. This hotel has everything, so you dont need to leave the hotel for anything.
area was 4km from city center. internet was terrible, and hot water didn’t exist ever! i only had semi warm showers at best early in morning. It didn’t matter the time of day, hot water was an issue at this hotel.

The size of the room is quite big. We booked a standard room and a suite. It is spotlessly clean. The staff is very helpful. The restaurant served great food.
The shower of the suite was broken and the drainage wasn't working. They fixed it later but it was quite irritating. There is too much light in the suite as one window is covered by the curtain. There is no shower cap and they will never provide you with one no matter how many times you call them. They have a coffee machine in the suite but they don't give you pods. So it's just for show. The room is very noisy with trains constantly passing by and traffic noise too. The table lamp also didn't work. The hand shower of the standard room was fixed with the help of a rubber band. Only 1 receptionist speaks English. Actually standard room is better than the suite with drak room and no noise. Suite has no extra facilities. Just the size is bigger but the standard room is also quite big. No need to book a suite. Also the pillows are very uncomfortable.
