Just 15 minutes to meet to receive the room keys, otherwise they will ask for an extra charge for waiting for the keys

The the check in is complicated and hard to coordinate. Security is an issue, several times we found the main door open. In the rooms there are 3 locks wich draws my attention. The only one AC in the apartment was in the livingroom, and there is NO AC in the room so it was really hot. The shower courtin was in the floor and no one was there to fix it. The bathroom door was awful, a folding door woudnt close correctly. The closet was negleted. We could not use the kitchen because the stove is a gas operating and there were no matches. There was no soap or sponges to clean the dishes. Loud noises in the building upstairs. *** And finally they would try to charge my credit card after 1 month of our stay for the amount of the warranty deposit without notice, but our bank refuse the charge.*** 😡😡😡

Some doors had broken hooks and there was one broken chair.

Staff is friendly and communication was easy to meet for the keys They let us stay a bit longer as we had trouble with our car Bed and pillow were sooooooo comfy AMAZING neighbourhood. Very local but still close to touristic spots Clean place

Very loud outside and poor noise isolation. It was hard for us and our baby to sleep. But well... that's the price to pay to be in a dynamic area. But it's to be considered Kitchen appliances and accessories are very basic

Good value, spacious for the price

Very plainly decorated - not a single picture in the place. A few items short in the kitchen - only two mugs for three people (we had to take turns having coffee in the morning). No kettle either.

Localization walk distance to Sagrada Familia and Park Guell, between two metro stations, cozy apartament with various utilities, comfortable mattress and AC. Nice expierence
