Wonderful restful stay

This is a wonderful place to stay. The house is very comfortable with everything you could need and more. A real home from home. The beds were comfortable, and the quiet location ensured a good nights sleep. The location is excellent, there is a lot to see and do a short drive from the property. The owners really made an effort to ensure we enjoyed our stay, this was very much appreciated!

Peaceful, nice stay with family on weekends.

Excellent location and really nice property at a clam and peaceful location, yet reachable quite easily. It has quite everything for a family or friends group to spend some nice weekends there. The fireplace is an add-on.

Broombaulks Farm Bungalow - perfect family escape from the city – a peaceful, well-equipped haven with friendly hosts an

I recently stayed at Broombaulks Farm Bungalow for a week (family trip away from the city) and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic – quiet, clean, and warm, with a lovely field at the back where sheep graze during the day. Despite being next to the main road, it's remarkably peaceful. The bungalow is well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the fireplace with ample wood provided added a cozy touch. The host was delightful, allowing us a one-hour later check-out, which we appreciated. The surroundings are perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat. There's a road for walks, and if you have kids, it's great. A lovely walk towards fishing ponds is also an option, although not suitable for prams. Parking is plentiful. For essentials, the nearest shop is in Jedburgh, a 12-minute drive away. However, there's a charming cottage at the front selling delicious honey – definitely worth a visit. Overall, we had a fantastic week and would gladly return to Broombaulks Farm Bungalow.
