Fabulous location - convenient for us to travel to Goodwood, and well located for restaurants, pubs and Portsmouth sights. No need to watch tv with such a wonderful view, and captivating boat/ship traffic. The 6 guests (3 couples) had plenty of private space (including an en suite/couple) and a wonderful communal living area and roof deck. Friendly, helpful, thoughtful, and communicative host/owner. Convenient parking.
Issue with hot water - host responded quickly and appropriately :)
