Good location, very close to the beach, restaurants and surf shops. Quiet side street. The room was fine, similar to other guesthouses in the area. It was clean and the AC worked. The bathroom had a good shower and everything worked. Sheets and towel were clean. There is a nice communal area on the ground floor with an outdoor shower and surfboard storage.

Had such a beautiful week staying here. The room is so spacious with a beautiful balcony and shared kitchen. It was nice to meet people while also having my own space. In the perfect midigama location close to the beach and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here :)

I ve changed many houses in Sri Lanka and Vogel Nest is by far the best accommodation. The location is excellent especially if u dont have a moto, you can walk to the beach or other places in Midigama easily. The wifi was great and i could work remotely for a few hours. There was a kitchen and a fridge and a nice balcony with a big table and plugs. The room and the facilities were clean. And the family was always welcoming and ready to help with everything you need. Thank you Sheha and family for making me feel like home!
