Our stay at La Quebrada Eco Lodge was incredibly relaxing and quiet. We stayed in a part of the lodge that had our own private pool. There is alot to see and do in the surrounding area, and the lodge was conveniently located to beautiful beaches and wonderful restaurants. Maria and Chris were attentive hosts and went out of the way to make our stay unforgettable. I would highly recommend the lodge if you're looking for a place to relax and explore the surrounding area.

Spacious 3 bedroom villa with a pool and cooking facilities. Nice layout with a pool in the middle of some bungalows. We did like our stay at the property. For us the location worked out well - as we wanted to drive to beaches and activities near by. Maria was lovely and arranged for a boat tour for us - which was helpful.
From the listing description and photos we thought use of laundry machine was included but it wasn’t. There was no daily housekeeping (we avoided booking AirBnB's because we expected housekeeping etc with the property) - it didn't end up being a problem but was different than expected. The bed in the primary room could use a mattress topper as it's extremely hard. Stools in the kitchen could use some felt pads under so they aren't as loud. Perhaps it's best suited for families without children (it was explained that the resort was meant to be quiet).

Beautiful property surrounded by nature, with birds chirping all day and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The pool was spotless and cleaned every morning, and the entire place was exceptionally clean and well maintained.
The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. We were so glad we had the chance to meet them, and we'd happily stay here again on our next visit.
Breakfast, lovingly prepared by Maria, was absolutely delicious.
I could have spent the entire day just relaxing on the property, surrounded by trees, charming little huts, and the calm beauty of nature.
The location was perfect too—every beach was just 10 minutes away, and Potrero town center, with some of the best restaurants in the area, was only a short drive away.

A beautiful place, run by lovely people, not suitable for families with kids
There are a number of dangerous spots for kids both indoor and outdoor (unprotected stairs and dividers they can easily fall through, unprotected terrace along a deep ditch.
We were asked to be quiet a number of times even though we saw our kids behaving well and merely playing around our cabana. With sunrise at 5:15 and without blacking out curtains they woke up early. (Barking street dogs, roosters, motorcycles througout the night.)
We were walking on eggshells trying not to make noise.
