Location, feel and style. The staff were friendly and had helpful suggestions on things to do in the local area.
Only thing lacking for us was non-slip mat in the the shower.

A lot of love and thought put into the decor and fixtures, which were quirky, fun and thoughtful. LOVED the fish tank old TV.
One of the female members of staff was really lovely and helpful, I cannot recall her name. 10 out of 10 for customer service from her.
Mattresses were very hard. Ended up buying extras to make sleeping work.
One member of staff was very rude and there was lot of defensiveness over mattresses, which was entirely unnecessary.
