Welcoming and pleasant stay :)

Very good communication with the owner who was there to let us in and show us the room. They had a small kitchenette in the open area for guests to use. The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable. We were able to park our car outside the BnB the next morning to nip into town for some shopping. Thank you!

Great value for money and a nice stay.

Really impressed with the lochnagar guesthouse - everything was really clean, staff were friendly, room was nice, great facilities and bed was comfy. Really thought it was great value for money.

Zimmer ist sehr schön Das Bad ist sehr schön Kleine Küche für die Gemeinschaft mit Bereits Sachen wo man sich bedienen kann Sehr netter Besitzer Parkplatz

Super für einen Kurztrip in Aberdeen

Für einen Kurztrip in Aberdeen super! Die Lage war sehr gut, da man die Innenstadt mit vielen Restaurants etc fußläufig schnell erreichen konnte . Das Hotelzimmer war klein aber sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Zudem gab es eine kleine Küche im Flurbereich, welche durch alle Gäste benutzt werden konnte. Auch diese war gut ausgestattet und immer sehr sauber. In der Küche standen Cornflakes, Milch, Butter, Kekse, Kaffee und Tee für jeden zur Verfügung. Weiterhin gab es einen Hinterhof mit einem kleinen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Neil, der Besitzer, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Aufgrund eines späten Rückfluges konnten wir etwas länger im Zimmer bleiben als eigentlich vorgesehen.

Die Unterkunft war hellhörig - bei lauten Nachbarn könnte dies zum Problem werden. Die Heizung hat leider nicht immer funktioniert - wenn wir von einem Ausflug zurückgekommen sind war es manchmal sehr kalt im Zimmer. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, ein Föhn hat allerdings gefehlt.

Lovely and convenient stay .

Loved the bed and the wee kitchen in the hall.

The shower was really bad … went hot and cold and would randomly go on by itself if it wasn’t turned off at the mains .

Good value , location with parking - which is not an easy combination in Aberdeen CC

Good location , attentive staff a good option when in Aberdeen

The room furniture & furnishings were a bit dated - I have only ever stayed in the basic single room , couldn’t comment on the rest of the establishment

Eine wunderschöne Woche im geliebten Schottland.

Zimmer war sehr groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Obwohl ohne Frühstück gebucht gab es Kaffe, Tee, Cornflaks und Milch. Lage ist in einem Wohnbezirk aber nur 5 Minuten zur Hauptstraße und einem großen Einkaufszentrum.

Great location to walk around Aberdeen. Close to train and bus stations.

The room was cozy and comfortable. Perfectly adequate for one person. The bed was comfy and the desk useful. WiFi was strong and reliable. There was a shared bathroom, which I was aware of ahead of time. It was always clean and never saw another person - never had to wait!

Everything was fine.

Comfortable bed in nice room

Very nice and clean, welcoming hosts, perfectly situated near the station and the ferry terminal.

The temperature of the shower is a little finicky to regulate.

Clean place but odd check in procedures and bad shower experience.

Clean, well designed, free car park, free water bottles, cereals.

Sharing bathroom. Shower was hard to used. Small cubicle and water pressure was very low. The water sometimes gets very hot and cold during your shower. Was asked to check in early as the owner had to leave early for a night out and asked if we want to cancel the booking. Despite that he would refund it fully it was Saturday night and everywhere else was expensive.

Excellent stay

Excellent stay for a solo Travellers, close to bus and train station and still in a quiet street. Room was clean, very nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen in the hallway was a definite bonus, as was the fridge in the room. Would stay again!

Lochnagar house is placed really conveniently for the train/bus station, the port and the city central area. Neil, the manager, is the nicest! Great value for money, would totally recommend.

We would love to come back as guests.

It was a really very nice and chic room and a very nice bathroom. Everything was there to feel comfortable. The guest house was only a 10 minute walk from downtown. It was a very quiet and good residential area.

The employee put the dishes away from 6 a.m. on Sunday morning and made such loud noises for half an hour that no one could sleep any longer.

Comfortable stay for a friendly cost

Our room was nice, everything we needed was available. It took as a few minutes to figure out how to turn on the shower, but we found the necessary switch eventually :D There was a small shared kitchen available to use which was nice with some free tea/coffee. As there was no breakfast option, the kitchen was very useful to prepare a small meal before heading off!

Nothing I can think of. Maybe just would be useful to mention where the shower switch is for people who usually don't have such a thing in their homes.

Nice location, clean and comfortable room.

The room was very nice and comfortable. Liked the basket of cookies in the kitchenette area. Loved the library design on the bathroom door!

A lovely short stay in Aberdeen!

A lovely, quaint room especially for a solo traveler like me. Neil was kind and let me check in early. Also, the guesthouse is very close to both the main street of Aberdeen and the train station.

The water pressure from the shower isn't great and doesn't cover a wider radius. The machine managing the water temperature has a delay, so be patient when adjusting the temperature for the shower.
