How clean and well managed the property is at the time of arrival
I liked absolutely everything about the property and the management are well to do with very friendly and soft spoken guy. A good place to spend your money lol

Location: 10/15min from train station, nice small park opposite the guest house. 5mn from union Square
The host is very nice, helpful, and welcoming.
The kitchen is a great bonus — it's well-equipped, and you can cook or use the microwave and toaster, which is especially convenient if you prefer not to eat out.
The place is old and worn out, I was quite shocked by the condition of the premises when I first got in, the rooms have wooden doors that still use the old big keys to lock, and tbh I felt unsafe and inconfortable... Cleanliness could do better...there's not much room to put your stuff in (no cupboards).. A couple of hangers on the wall, but you'll most likely to keep your stuff in the bag..
