Clean and spacious room, located not far from city centre in a quiet area. We were warmly welcomed by Joe and the room was clean and spacious.

Nice big room with very comfortable bed. Quiet street location. Easy 20 minute walk to railway station and city centre. Excellent pub/restaurant just 50 metres down the street. Duthie Park just 10 minutes walk. Tasty breakfast freshly cooked to order. Joe and Rhoda are very friendly, welcoming hosts.
No complaints at all.
Would stay again if we are ever back in Aberdeen..
