*The location is perfect (near the metro station and bus). Also, close to restaurant, supermarket, and grocceries. So, you can make sure that you can get everything you need in case you forgot to pack in your luggage.
* The AC works perfectly (I was afraid if the AC will be not cold enough, but it works perfectly fine)
* The smart TV works smoothly, no problem with login etc.
* Free coffee pod/ tea (you have to make it yourself of course, but it is a nice way to start your day)
* There is shared patio in which you can connect with other guest.
Overall, nice place to stay during summer
*There is quite winged termite during my stay. This is make sense because all furniture is using wood, but it makes me uncomfortable as this creature attracted to light and swarned around everytime I turn on the light.
* The bed that I am staying sinked in the middle, not to much. But you can definitely feel it when sitting on it.

Nice historic building and rooms, simple furnishings but cozy and comfortable. Good shared kitchen and mini terrace. Spacious room (three single beds) and bathroom. Super convenient central location. Good value for money especially in central Barcelona. We would stay again.
Complicated check-in in a different building, but Nelson was very friendly, helpful, and efficient.

Easy to find, right off a metro line. Julian was very helpful and I was able to store my luggage after checkout before my train later in the day. Comfortable bed with AC and private bathroom.

Location was nice and receptionist was helpful. They did their best to help us when we have problem about the room.
Our room door handle was barely working so we didn’t feel safe, sink was dripping water and blankets were strangely covered at only one side which didn’t seem hygenic. It was very expensive for the value.
