Good stay!

I liked being able to check in late and getting a room with a kitchen.

I didn’t like that it smelled like dog as soon as I got into the room and that the elevator check card was expired.

Fulfilled a need for lodging.

Your staff was always helpful.

The smell of Marijuana in halls and elevator. It is a real shame, guess you have no way of helping that.

Overall it was a good stay and I would come back

Thought the Breakfast was OK wish juice would have been provided

Checking in was horrible. Front desk person (Mimi) was extremely rude to the guess when I checked in. Made me want to go to another place but I had my family with me

Nice location horribly understaffed.

The area was close to the theme park and not too expensive

Had a reservation. Upon arrival was informed there was no room ready. Three other people also had reservations and also did not have rooms ready. The person at check in had to go clean the rooms which meant we had to wait. Hours. Had to request linens again the next day and had to wait for another room to be cleaned and then to be washed. The general manager on duty only gave us a $16 discount. Will never stay nor recommend to anyone.

The room was dirty had roaches they moved me to a another room took them about 10 minutes that room with nasty half of the TV channel did not show just horrible never would live there again

my kids and I didn’t want to leave pure paradise

It was clean the staff were very friendly they also prepared coffee and breakfast every morning it felt safe for my kids and I we had so much fun and will go back again

it was disgusting. don’t do it!

The room was so filthy. There were hairs in the shower and in the kitchen counter. the whole room smelled like cooking grease. the floors were not clean either- you had to wear socks and shoes in the room because the floors were so nasty. I called the front office to request pillows and was told they were waiting on a shipment and they had none to give. (There we’re two tiny pillows- like throw pillows- on the bed). I also called about the hair that was left around and was told that the manager wasn’t in to talk to but she would be in the next morning and I needed to wait. when I spoke to the manager, she said there was nothing she could do because we slept there. she said we should have left that night. I didn’t know that was an option.

Nothing. The keys to my door would work. Better yet it wouldn't work to anything

The fact they lied and said they was go redund me my money back for my room since the key didn't work. I called back a few days later to talk to the manager. And she suppose to call me back and she didn't. And I got to room for the weekend.

The place was dirty, there were roaches, and when we ask the staff for a broom and mop to clean up our room because they don’t daily room service they denied us. There were use condoms in the parking lot Because the staff doesn’t do housekeeping

horrible...is that short enough!

I have traveled for a living for over 30 years. This is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!

EVERYTHING. Ingress / egress to the hotel. no staff available!! i slept on better beds when i was in the Marines 50 years ago. not a single utensil or plate in the room. room was dirty. need i say more?
