This hotel is very clean and modern. Beware that the walls are paper thin. My husband and I arrived around 9pm and were exhausted after driving 4 hours. We settled in to sleep and were awakened to a headboard banging up against our wall at midnight, which continued up until 3am. We could literally hear EVERYTHING going on in the room next to us, from conversations when we first arrived, to "nighttime activities" and alerts on an iPAD. We called the front desk to complain and were told that there were no available rooms to move to. We probably slept a total of 3 hours, and that was only after the couple next door were exhausted of one another. If a good night's sleep is important to you, it would be best to choose another hotel.

As usual our stay at Fairfield was great. The clerk at check-in was Anisha was awesome! She was very friendly and accommodating.

Courteous staff. Checked in after 11:00 with no problem. Fairfield and Courtyard are joined so check in was at courtyard desk. Breakfast started at 6:00 am and was the standard fare. Everything was clean and our stay was pleasant.

Everything outside of the issue with the AC unit making a constant whistling noise making it difficult to sleep soundly was good. Had to get some ear plugs to make it bearable. Hotel was clean and quiet, staff was friendly. Breakfast was satisfying.

It was such a great stay that we got a chance to relax. My children really enjoyed the pool and the ambiance. My family also enjoyed tha complimentary breakfast with great variety. The staff was exceptional. We will definitely come back when we are in the area. Thank you so much for making our stay a pleasant one! 😃

No power...outage...couldnt sleep due to my medical device couldn't be plugged up....no internet so I couldn't perform work....no air conditioning...no...power. does this property not have backup? Total disaster

Upon arriving the room was freezing cold, colder than outside, we had purchased some snacks to eat inside the room, but it was so cold we adjusted the temperature and left the room to eat our snacks in the lobby area. The temperature should have been set at a comfortable temperature for guest arrival. The soap dispenser on the shower wall, was empty, no soap to shower with, this should be standard practice to check to make sure all pumps are full. The shower is not being cleaned properly, all around the shower base, it’s pink with dirt build up, this is unsanitary. Not sure what else could have been found in this room, if I continued to look. Very disappointed ☹️

The place was totally amazing, the staff was really out standing the rooms was very clean just a matter of fact the hold hotels was very well taken care. The breakfast was great and the hotel was located in a very good area close to the highway. Its a new hotel there was no issue at all.

I enjoy my stay for the most part. The only issues that I had were: upon checkin, I requested room service— didn’t happen but once I made a request with the cleaning staff, my room was serviced immediately. The only other issue was that I had to make 3 trips downstairs to get breakfast on Sunday morning. First trip at 06:10 am— only oatmeal out— so I got that but there was no utensils to eat with. I returned later around 06:30 still no eggs or bacon there. So I asked the attendant about breakfast being served at 6:00–she said she was the only one working and to give her a minute. By 6:40 -06:45(3rd trip) there was more food available.

Very friendly staff. The room was clean and everything in the room worked such as a/c refrigerator and all the light bulbs. Had plenty of outlets and was close to Six Flags. It was about 5 or 6 miles. Overall and excellent stay. I would stay again.
