Excelent, son professionals del sector hoteler i turistic, tracte molt proper i familiar.
Es preocupan per si necessites quelcom. El recomano, Bones instal.lacions
a peu de pistes per qui vulgui anar esquiar o caminar. Esmorçar complert i correcta.
En Josep es molt atent i fa molt bons cafés.

Hotel was close to the slopes and rooms were a good size, clean and nice views of the mountains.

Great location - 10 minute walk to the ski lift. Decent size rooms. Comfortable beds.
Our room had a strong unpleasant smell. Opening the window helped, but every time we came in from the outside we felt this strong and unpleasant odor.
Wifi did not work in our room - only worked downstairs in the lobby.
Outdated, tiny TV screen - I have not see those anywhere in the last 10 years.
