It was very clean. The check in instructions were clear. The location was great. The washing machine was a plus.
The couch was broken on one side, and should be deep cleaned. I’m surprised the previous comments didn’t mention this, but the walls are paper thin. You can hear the people in other rooms or even other floors as if they are in the apartment with you. The windows are also open to the interior so we would open them for air, but not the curtains to keep privacy. In any case, you don’t get sunlight in the apartment.

The location is right in the old town and on the same street as the metro station. It could hardly be better. Even though it is so central and it was very noisy outside, inside the apartment was no street noise at all. The instructions for getting the keys were clear, the apartment is well equipped. I would have liked to have stayed longer. There is a lift to get to the apartment with luggage.
The only minor minus was a bit of noise from other rooms nearby in the building, but this was very minor, mainly showers and some talking. It all depends on your neighbours. There was some hanging space as well for clothes, but no coat hangers!

A brilliant studio in the centre of the Casco Viejo- the perfect place to explore the older part of the city, and PERFECT for the Aste Nagusia! I was worried that it may be too noisy in this apartment but you could not hear the streets below. Absolutely perfect!
There are a few minor things around the studio that need improved maintenance. But this doesn't detract from the comfort of the stay.

Location was good in the Old Town. And near transportation to explore the city.
Hosts were extremely rude. They kept emailing us in Spanish and we do not speak the language. They waited until the last minute to send the safe code and we had difficulty reaching the safe because it is located high on a wall outside a realtor's office. The host had to come to retrieve the keys for us and it was not pleasant. She opened the box and, basically, threw the keys at us without saying a word and stalked off! We were left to our own devices to learn how to enter three different doors with the three sets of keys. We are not used to this kind of treatment. How very rude...
