Apartment was bigger than we expected, was comfortable for a family and was in a great location… far enough away from the busy Shinjuku area but very close to the Yotsuya Station so that we could easily travel by train or subway. Also lots of restaurants close by, a park for kids to play in, and the Shinjuku Heritage Museum.
It needs some towel rails in the bedrooms so a family of four can hang wet towels to dry. Also a tea towel and hand towel in the kitchen with a couple of hooks to hang them.

Very easy to get to/from the station (about an 8-minute walk), and the station has access to the express line (Chūō-Sōbu Line). Nearby, there are multiple places to eat, from cheap to luxurious if you want. Even though it`s on a very busy avenue, the place is pretty much quiet.
Besides being a very large apartment (by Tokyo standards), it's a little dated (no complaints about anything). I wish the washing machine were a little better at drying the clothes, but it's just a small detail.

Location was near the train station and a direct walk which was nice especially travelling with luggage. Also there was an elevator which was great on a hot day and with luggage. Plenty of beds however the living room area is very tiny. Also the AC was very nice to come back to on those hot summer days.
The setup was ok also there was no hot water for showers which thankfully it was summer. The host advised the directions where with the house manual however there was no such instructions. We should sucked it up and took cold showers.
