Location was great for what we wanted to explore in Tokyo.
Super clean apartments with small kitchens and a washing machine in the bathroom. One of the larger apartments had a kitchen table for eating.
I found the beds extremely comfortable.
Know that you need to CALL the host before you arrive to be able to check into your room. You cannot do the check in online. These are all separate apartments with NO common spaces for gathering in a large group. We were a large group with 5 rooms booked and it was confusing how to check in to all five rooms when we had no idea which rooms would house which members of our group until we actually saw the rooms and their layout.

Duza lazienka, kuchnia dobrze wtposazona: lodowka z zamrazarka i mikrofalowka.
Schody bardzo waskie i niewygodne. Wnoszenie ciezkich walizek bylo wyzwaniem. Brakowalo mi tez papieru toaletowego i swiezych recznikow. Co prawda w lazience byla pralka, ale niestety wysuszenie recznila po praniu bylo praktycznie nie mozliwe z powodu wysokiej wilgotnosci.

It was a clean room in a great location. The beds were comfortable and soft.
the location pin that i was sent before check in takes you to a street a few streets over and we walked around for half an hour trying to find the building.
the A/C was not turned on prior to our check in time, and the room was extremely hot, we had to go back outside because of how hot the room was. the A/C unit is small so it took the entire night until th next morning to cool down. it was very uncomortable and we couldnt sleep comofrtably because everyone was sweating.
We gave our arrival time and it was approved, but the air conditioning unit was not turned on for our comfort. HUGE disappointment. our next stay in tokyo we probably will not stay again.
