Leuke ligging. Een kwartiertje lopen van het bekende deel in Shinjuku. Vlakbij de metro. Rustige straatjes. Blij met de extra ruimte van ons balkon.
Met 5 personen met bagage moet je echt om elkaar heen schuifelen. Maar het deed niet af aan ons verblijf.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is in a great location—close to a lively area, yet surprisingly quiet. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores nearby. You can easily walk to the bustling shopping and dining area, or take the subway to explore the city.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom has a bathtub, which is perfect for relaxing with a hot bath. Overall, it was an excellent stay with great value. Highly recommended!

Disappointing stay – several advertised amenities were not as described
Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our stay.
The apartment is advertised as being soundproof, but this was not our experience at all. We were woken several times during the night by loud sirens, dogs fighting and neighbours talking late into the night. The noise was disruptive and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
The property also states that they can assist with luggage storage/lockers, but when we asked for help with storing our luggage after checkout, they were unable to assist us. We therefore had to pay for luggage storage elsewhere.
The kitchen was also not properly equipped with the advertised cleaning supplies. There was only dishwashing liquid provided. We found a dirty, used washcloth, left by the previous guests, and there were no kitchen towels. We had to purchase our own washcloth and kitchen paper towels.
Unfortunately, the bath towels were also old and had an unpleasant smell, which was particularly disappointing.
Overall, the apartment did not live up to the description and advertised amenities, and for the price we expected a much cleaner, better-equipped and more comfortable stay.
